UPCOMING TRANSITION EVENTS

All SEND students and their parents will be invited to an additional “Welcome Morning” on Tuesday 21 June at 9.30am-11am.

 

On Friday 24 June students from Hartford, Huntingdon Primary, Stukeley Meadows and St. John’s will attend an additional day where students will do a creative project. Lunch can be provided on this day but students will need to bring packed lunch if they do not want canteen food. Students and their teachers will need to be at St Peter’s for 9.15am and this day will finish at 1pm. This Cross Arts project will be based around the Lion King. Students will be part of project Art, Drama or Music.

 

On Friday 1 July students from Houghton, Thongsley, Wyton on the Hill and Abbots Ripton will attend an additional day where students will do a creative project. Lunch can be provided on this day but students will need to bring packed lunch if they do not want canteen food. Students and their teachers will need to be at St Peter’s for 9.15am and this day will finish at 1pm. This Cross Arts project will be based around the Lion King. Students will be part of project Art, Drama or Music.

 

There will be an Information Evening for parents / carers on Tuesday 5 July at 7.00 pm this is a chance for parents/carers to find out a little bit more about the school and ask any questions afterwards

 

On Wednesday 6 July students will experience a typical school day (9am-2.30pm) and therefore need to be at the St Peters main hall at 9am. At the end of the day students can be escorted back to school.

    As the headteacher of St Peter’s School, I am proud of our students’ achievements who, supported by their parents and guided by our staff, have achieved the highest possible grade across a broad range of subjects.  This year students have continued to demonstrate both their academic and personal development through attaining the grades necessary to secure places at prestigious universities such as Durham, Birmingham, Loughborough, York and Nottingham.
