St Peter's is a 'Good' School!
I am delighted to inform you of the outcome of St Peter’s School’s Ofsted inspection that took place on 2nd/3rd March, the full report of which can be found at http://www.stpeters.cambs.sch.uk/page/?pid=288.
St. Peter’s school believes in providing:
"A broad, balanced and inclusive curriculum that is accessible to all our students, regardless of ability and is constantly evolving in line with national developments. We aim to provide a truly personalised curriculum that empowers our students with the skills they need to develop their talents and achieve their full potential."
In January 2013, OfSTED judged much of our day-to-day teaching as being good. Their quote is shown below:
'Teachers create a pleasant working environment in their lessons by nurturing positive attitudes to learning and encouraging students to particiapte, even when they lack confidence.'
The week will involve learning about autism during tutor times through discussions, videos and activities. The resources we will using can be found on The National Autistic Society’s website: http://www.autism.org.uk/?gclid=CN6i65Wo09ICFbQV0wodx5EIgA
